Benny White

Benny Lee White, age 79, passed from this life July 9, 2026. Benny was born February 13, 1947 in Oak Ridge, LA to the late Tommy White and Cora Lenore.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brother Alex Lenore Jr, and Willie Mays; and one sister Leona Tanzy.

Those left to cherish his memory include: three daughters Jeanette Moore, Loreta McCoy, Necohe Hooks (Zelvon); four sons Antonio White, Tarron Mitchell, Dedrick Mitchell (Denedria), Donald White (Drena); a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; four sisters Linda Hunter, Gloria Read, Earnestine Lenore, and Channie Lenore.
